WEEKEND GOLD MINERS PROSPECTING CLUB, INC.
MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM
The Weekend Gold Miners Prospecting Club Incorporated is a family oriented
non-profit corporation that offers you a place to prospect for gold, camp, relax
and visit with other members. Most of all, have a good outdoor experience. On
each of our leased properties, members and their families are encouraged to
pursue many exciting hobbies. Each of the leased properties is rich in GOLD,
GEMSTONES, HISTORY, ARTIFACTS and of course the beautiful scenery. You are
warmly invited to become a member and join the fun.
Full membership is $2,000.00, but you can join today with a down payment of
$120.00 of which $20.00 is for processing the membership kit. The balance of
$1,900.00 can be paid (with no interest) over 48 months in monthly installments of
$39.59 due on the 1st day of the month. A maintenance fee of $120.00 will be due
annually on December 31st.
You also have the option of pre-paying the membership fee and saving $250.00. If
you choose this option, you will pay $1,750.00 for the lifetime membership. You
will then have the annual maintenance fee of $120.00 which is due on December
31st.
You may terminate you membership, if dues are current, by sending a written
request to the WEGM Board of Directors; P.O. Box 910; Dahlonega, GA 30533.
However, all dues and fees are non refundable. In your membership kit you will
receive a WEGM Temporary membership card, bylaws, rules and regulations,
maps to the leases and a key to the club gates.
Please print and fill out the form on page two. Send in the completed form along with
your payment to the address below. As you can see, this a very minimal price for all the
excitement and fun your family can get from being in the great outdoors and from being
a member of the Weekend Gold Miners Prospecting Club.

WEGM By-Laws require you to request a hearing form the Board of Directors in order to be re-
instated as a member. This request must be in writing or email within five (5) days fo the next
regularly scheduled monthly meeting.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I, recognize that mining and protecting are inherently dangerous, and the the club’s leases have unmarked
and unidentified hazards, not limited to abandoned mine shafts, caves, sinkholes, steep slopes and other
people both invitees, licensees and trespassers and that any one or combination of the above can cause
injury or death. I waive any claim against the Weekend Gold Miners Prospecting Club, Inc, or the land
owners and covenant not to sue for any damages, injury or death caused to myself, family, guests or any
other persons that I as a member bring to the properties. I waive any claim against the Weekend Gold Miners
Prospecting Club, Inc for loss of equipment or personal items while on the leases. I further recognize that
there are special dangers to minors and I shall assume all responsibility for each minor accompanying me. I
further agree to carry such insurance as I feel necessary to protect my interest and to indemnify and hold
harmless owners from any liability arising out or my actions while on the leases.
FINANCIAL AGREEMENT
I, being accepted as a member of the WEEKEND GOLD MINERS PROSPECTING CLUB, INC., do hereby agree
to abide by the by-laws and rules and regulations of WEGM. I understand that this a contract for $2,000.00*
membership plus a yearly maintenance fee of $120.00** (Due by December 31st). I understand that if i do not
pay my dues and maintenance fee, my membership will be terminated and I will be responsible for the
remaining balance, unless approved by the Board of Directors. I must petition the Board of Directors in
writing to terminate my membership by sending a written request to: WEGM Board of Directors; P.O. Box
910; Dahlonega, GA 30533. Upon approval of termination from the Board of Directors, I must return my
membership card and property gate key. If these items are not returned they can be repossessed by WEGM
by whatever legal means necessary and that I may be held responsible for any cost of such legal action. *I
understand that the total cost of the membership is $2,000.00, payable as a $120.00 downpayment ($100.00
towards membership and $20.00 application fee) with no interest monthly payments of $39.59 due on the 1st
day of the month or I may pay the membership in full and receive a $250.00 discount ($1,750.00). ** The
annual maintenance fee is subject to change.
